I went to the ymca today because I knew I needed it. Im over weight. By looking at me you wouldnt able to tell but I weigh 207 pounds. I weighed myself today at the ymca. We have alot of green beans and corn that are basically wasting because nobody eats them. I was wondering, would me just eating green beans and corn be okay? Or could it be unhealthy. Also, im going to drink alot of warer,which I already do. I just want to lose weight. Btw im 17. And if this isnt healthy can someone give me ideas on what i can do? (diet wise.) Im getring a ymca membership.
