I want to loose by the first of september (2 months and a day) 12.5 kilos (to be 58 kilos)
I am most defintely not being extreme by saying i completley believe it is possible and even healthy at my young age. I am vegan and tend to eat quite healthy, my focus is mostly on sport. As a very busy person I am wondering how I can add great calorie burning sport and exercise in my every day life to loose 1.5 kilos a week. To do so I must burn over 1000 calories a day (again, at my age very possible) tips??
