I have the same issue. I am 5'6 but i weigh more. im about 183. I have started working out the other week and I have set my mind to lose weight before school starts. One thing is to change your habits. Learn to limit yourself to perhaps one junk food per day if you like to eat junk food. But if you really want to lose weight quicker, restrict junk food as much as you can, and buy your favorite fruits. make sure that if you work out, to cover all aspects. Cardio, muscle, etc. Find what part of your body you want to change, and then find special exercises to work on that area. hope i helped :)
