Yesterday at Basketball practice, I took a pretty hard fall on my right side which made me limp for a few hours because of the area around my hip bone and thigh was aching. Today, right above the hip bone, there is a slight pain when i press on it. Nothing severe. I can press on it hard and it won’t hurt badly. Very minor. It doesn’t hurt on its own but if i bend and try to touch my right foot with my left hand, I feel a dullish like pain. It is not unbearable. It hurts a little more than when I press on it though. I woke up with this and I have had no stomach pain whatsoever. I woke up around 5 hours ago. Was it that fall that caused this? A strained muscle?
