Query: Did i cease rising?

Hi there guys when i was once grade four (9 yrs outdated) our instructor measured our height one by one it turns out to be i’m 143 cm (4″8) and now i’m a 16 yr old and im almost done with highschool i measured my height and it was (4″10) 147 cm i really wanna reach around 6ft or 5″11/5″9 my dad height is 5’7/5’8 and my mom is 5′ flat/5’1 am i still gonna grow taller is there any ways to make myself become taller naturally? PLS HELP
