Howdy guys i simply wished to point out you my three day per week full physique hobbies. I designed my self, please critique it as needed:


Day 1


Low bar squat 5×5

Bench 5×5

Row 5×5

Dips 3×6-8

Curl 3×6-10

Ab Work 100+ reps


Day 2


Dead Lifts 5×5

Hang Clean & Press 5×3

Floor pleas 5×5

Curl 3×8

Face pulls 3×10-15

Ab Work a hundred+ reps


Day three


Entrance Squat 5×5

Incline press 5×5

Pull Up 5×5

CGBP or Push Downs 3×6-eight

Lateral Lift 3×8-12

Ab Work a hundred+ reps
