so i’ve a chum who’s excessive overweight, hes 18 and weights 300pounds and is 5″11ft
He tried goin on diets however they only dont work nor does strolling for an hour
he went on a youtube channel and watched a vid referred to as eight muscle making workout routines for rookies, and the day past he tried copying them, he doesnt do them totally, like push united states of americaas a substitute of doing on the bottom he do them on the desk part and but nonetheless cant go down the entire approach however he does his absolute best
i consider hes feeling muscle making ache however idk if he must proceed or is that dangerous for him on account that hes means too overweight, so will have to he proceed? and what workouts do you counsel him doing in his present state
