So I’m 15 (Turning sixteen in a topic of months). I am moderately Skinny, being virtually 5’9″ and weighing 109lbs. I am rather comfortable with how so much I weigh, I am now not very muscular however I should not have a lot seen fats. I like to devour my veggies and have a love for meats (particularly rooster) and I regularly have my three ingredients a day, which includes cereal within the morning, a sandwich (infrequently with meat, different occasions a peanut butter and jelly) together with a fruit drink and fruit, every now and then some sweets or tarts or issues. For dinner we regularly have one thing involving meat, together with rice and corn for the most typical aspects. As a result of being wakeful late at evening (I sleep at round 1:00am) I occasionally have a nighttime snack which is frequently both chips or ramen noodles.
