Question: 13 year old male becoming healthy?

So I will have a few things in this Question: Information on me:

I'm 5'11

I'm 224 lbs

I have wide frame, and about 1.5" of belly fat

I don't play sports but I am planning on wrestling for school



My questions:



How can I get rid or reduce stretch marks

How can i lose lots if fat (quick)

What is a good Workout I can do in the afternoon
