Upper body workout for 16 year old??

Im 16 years old, im 6ft 1 and have a large muscular build, when i was young i was over weight but over the past 4 years i slimmed down and grew more muscular. I used to go to the gym last year but i didnt know what i was at. I want to buff up around my chest and abdominal. When i get back to school i will have access to a gym once a week. Can anyone help me with a workout i can do every second day at home and one for at the gym once a week, it would be muchly apreciated as i want to be in as best a shape as possible and hope to buff up for next summer thank you.
