Im 15 about to turn 16 in October I do 40 push ups everyday 20 in the morning 20 in the afternoon or night. I do bicycle kicks until im tired. Around 4/28/13 my grandma drew a line on the wall to see if I will grow in a year or so now its not im still that same height... im like 5,4 5,5 im a guy btw and i want to be at least 6,1- 5 when im 18+ I do get ALOT OF SLEEP at least 7+ highest 10hr
