Update : I have recently lost an enormous amount of weight, 130 to be exact, and I really want to get my dream body going now. I don't want to be all buff and have huge pecs and calves and look dumb, I just want to have a reasonable amount of muscle. I have a very flabby area on my stomach and my legs are xtra flabby with still some fat. My dream body is Tyler Okonmas body before 2013, kind of bony but still muscular. BTW I'm 14, 155, and 5"11, if that helps. Thank you very much.
