Can I lose weight without exercise?

Realistically, I know that combining healthy eating and exercise is optimal for weight loss. I've lost weight in the past by combining the two in a way that works for me. However, I was planning on losing 10 pounds in the last month of summer before my senior year of College and all was going well until I broke my pinky toe in two places going up diagonally into my foot and I can't even walk now. I start classes in roughly 20 days now and still wanted to shed 6-7 more pounds but I can't continue exercising like I was. Any tips on how many calories I should be consuming/ what I should be eating/ any exercises I can do? And is it realistic to even lose 6 pounds in 3 weeks without exercise?
