How can I become extremely fit and toned?
<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>
I am trying to become extremely fit and get muscular. I'm not trying to get giant muscles, just bigger muscles. I'm trying to get defined abs and muscles. I've been working out for over 2 months. I've been trying to eat less calories. I've cut out soda and candy and stuff from my diet. I'm pretty much only drinking low calorie Gatorade(about 1 per day), water, and about 8 ounces of creatine after I workout. I workout every day. Chest, triceps, and shoulders one day. Then legs, back, and biceps the next day. Then abs and cardio the next day. Then repeat the cycle. I have a six pack, but it's not as toned and defined as I want it. I'm not fat. Is there anyway to get my abs more defined? Also is there anyway to get better pecs? I don't go to the gym. I just workout at home. I have an ab wheel, an except code bike, and some dumbells. I'm going to get a bench press soon. Also what are the best foods to eat when dieting? Or should I not diet as much? Will my body fat turn into muscle if I keep working out or will it just stay fat?
