Question: How to lose weight?

Hello! I'm 13 years old, 5'6, and weigh 176 pounds. I'm not proud of my body and desperate to lose weight. I suck at PE, always last when running, and people probably know it's because I'm out of shape and overweight. I am not a sports person at all, I really enjoy the indoors. my diet could use some brushing up, but for the most part it's fine I guess, I don't get a lot of vegetables ,though (I eat a lot of fruit).just really need to get moving. I enjoy swimming and taking walks with people while talking. However, my dad is gone all day and usually can't go with me and my mom makes me and my sister wait until the evening to go swimming because either it's too hot or she doesn't want to get sunburnt. I also really want a girlfriend and I feel like my weight is in the way... my face is pretty slim, same with my arms, but my chest and stomach and thighs are chubby and I hate it so much!
