How can I organize my arm workout routine?

I'm mainly focused on working out my arms with a 15lb dumbell. I want some gains on my arms (biceps, triceps and forearm) before school starts this summer. How can I organize a schedule for working out that will get my arms bigger while also containing enough rest days inbetween so I can recover well?
