I don't have that much time to dedicate a full 1-2 hours work out at the gym or at home. i decided to brake it up into three times during the day. In the morning I have a good 20 minutes to do some aerobics, then during my lunch brake I have a good 20 minutes to do the stairmaster or any other cardio machine, and in the evenings I have a good hour to do any other type of work out. Should I then do weights? if so do I have to do cardio after, or is not necessary and will my body respond to this method?
