Hi i am a 16 year old girl and i have heard that strength trainingg is not only good for health but good for toning. I dont want to be bulky but just slightly more toned as i generally only do cardio. I have 2 6kg dumbbells, are these considered heavy? I was thinkibg of doing bicep curls with them but im not sure what else to do? And how many reps? Thanks!
