Eat mostly vegetables, whole fruits, lean meat, eggs, legumes, unsweetened Greek yogurt, unsalted nuts(not too many) and drink water, not soda, beer, juice, Gatorade or coffee drinks. The best method for keeping your weight under control is to lose your taste for stuff that comes in a package from the factory. Buy fresh, whole foods, and get plenty of exercise on a regular basis.
