My girlfriend has some depression, insomnia, and possibly IBS. I really want to help her get through these things and I know that exercise is a good sort-of treatment for all of these issues. At least exercise helps make them less severe. So I was thinking about a good workout routine or some good exercise that we could do together. Please provide a schedule, a way to make a schedule, or a place with a schedule or a place including how to make a schedule. We thank you.
