"Don't worry about your body...what you eat." - Christ Just eat what feels right and natural to you. You're pretty skinny. I was 5'0 100 at 15-16 male. Fit male size starts at 5'0 106 lbs moves up 6 lbs per inch. Female fit height / weight is 6 lbs less.
