Question: I dont know what to do.....?

Yup, ab exercises will make it more muscular and easier to see a flat stomach. You'll also need to be eating healthy and exercising daily to avoid putting on too much fat, but assuming you do all that already, you just need to do ab exercises. Sit-ups are classic, and just find some other ones that are doable for you.
