Hi. My name is Rom, I'm from Israel, 17 years old. I weight 53 k/g, and I have been training in gym for 8-9 months. To my problem(s): I've been training 8-9, I've been breaking my *** changing myself and actually look nice, with six-pack, body, and everything, primarily to get myself attention at school, and not to get shy to take off the shirt at the beach/pool/whatever.
I HAVEN'T changed ONE BIT, and it seriously starts to piss me off. I hear from my dad that many people tell him I look good but no one actually came to me and told me I am, especially not someone from my age. I bought mass gainer two weeks ago, and I know I should see a difference in the weight after 1 week. I've been taking it at morning (because it's really hard for me to eat when I get up), and after training. I'm working at my dad's company, I drink a gainer at 7:30 am, I eat sandwich with tuna, vegetable and almonds at 10:30, my lunch contains protein and carbohydrate at 1:30, I get back home at 4:30-5:00 and eat a similar meal to lunch, and I eat another meal around 7:00-9:00 PM.
My mom keeps bothering me about my mass gainer, that I take a lot. I take 3 scoops at morning with water, same if I train. I train 4 times in a week, if that matters, and she says I drink 2 times a day.
I'm honestly fucking desperate. Nothing works in my life, I can't get fat, I'll always weight 53 k/g no matter what, I won't ever have a girlfriend, thoroughly **** life.
Any tips or tricks would help me now..
