Question: Not losing weight as quickly....?

Try to do more cardio work outs than strength work outs. Yes, strength work outs burn more fat, because the muscles use the energy, BUT the muscles get bigger and more toned. So you are losing fat, but gaining muscle mass. This is also healthy, but as you want to see a difference on the scale, try doing more cardio work outs. Running on the treadmill, riding the bicycle, doing sit ups and the stairs at the gym. The Zumba is great too.

Also, if you can, try changing the time of your exercises. Working out in the mornings will get your metabolism working and you will continue burning calories through the day even when you're just sitting around.

Also, eat lots of fruit and vegetables to at least get some sugar into your system. Drink lots of water, but not too much, and reduce your salt intake. Salt binds water in your body and usually that's where your weight is. Also don't stress ;) stressing might make your body feel alarmed and think it is in a situation where it needs to store more energy and then you don't loose weight. Even though you might be overweight, there are still methods to dress properly to make you look 10 times skinnier :)
