So I'm kinda confused here. I'm trying to lose 60 Ibs and I've had some friends with weight loss experience say that you should lose weight by doing mostly cardio exercise before you strength train which builds muscle cuz muscle will only bulge the fat out further making me look chunky. But then I've talked to some fitness experts that say building muscle while losing weight helps burn fat the most and you will just end up weak and flabby only doing cardio. So which advice should I take? I really do want to get toned and the best results. Thanks.
