I just started bodybuilding. Slimness runs in my genes so I decided to use some protein supplements. I am now using Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard and ive started to notice good results. I want to know what does Whey, Lean, Mass, and Casein protein mean. Could someone shed some light for me?
