Start weight lifting. You need to do biceps, and triceps. Triceps are the biggest part of the arm, believe it or not. Eat in a caloric surplus (could be anywhere from 2500-5000 im guessing for you) and Look up some arms regimes and make sure you are consistent and hit it at least 2 times a week.
