I'm 5'7" and currently 128 lbs I'm becoming a model so I'm going to lose 15-20 lbs and build lean muscle. My question would I be and look skinny? Also if I jog/run 4/5 times a week and swim 2-3 hours a week and do some ballet themed workout classes could I get to my goal in 3 months and look skinny in 3 months?
