Diet related fainting, that is. What causes it, exactly? I'm trying to better understand it so that I can avoid it in the future. It's terrifying.
Is it caused by consuming too little calories? Or could it be due to low blood sugar? (I am not diabetic)
I've also heard that it could be caused by low electrolytes or vitamins. Help!
