At home we have this DVD of "Hip Hop Abs", google it if you are interested, it is a dance exercise routine specifically targeted to remove belly fat. You just perform certain dance steps that is targeted to tone your stomach. The disc even has yoga lessons included in it! But I don't really do those exercises much nowadays though, since I'm concentrating on mostly just running.

Hip Hop abs with big Shawn T, eh? Lol. Or you can just focus on fat burning exercises such as intense running and elliptical and weight training with nothing but BCAA's...you can perfect your diet to lose the fat around the stomach area...with or without Hip Hop abs! Lol.

Anyway, so you also have watched it, Shawn T is so infectious and lively in that video, its hard not to follow, lol. Regarding weight trainnig, we do have those small dumbbells here but I'm afraid to use it bacause I might gain visible muscles on my arms! :eek:

Yes, the BCAA's have a purpose to preserve muscle mass and fuel the intensity of the workout while at the same time not compromising fat loss during the workout. You can lose belly fat and have an intense muscle building workout at the same time while having nothing but BCAA's protein in your system beforehand...
