If your body is so tired by this time I would not recommend caffeine as this will make it so that you feel awake, but your body is still tired and this can do damage to your body. I'm going to agree with everyone else with your food intake throughout the day. If your energy level is still so low by that time either go to the doctor to check your thyroid or vitamin D levels, but if they are fine then you will just have to adjust your schedule. If your body cannot take the amount of work your are trying to do then it being tired is telling you that.
