I didn't laugh, I think that it's completely normal. Maybe you grew up listening to those kind of music, like I grew up listening to the Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys and other pop acts around that time. Now that you've mentioned it, I suddenly just remembered Cameron Diaz dancing to MC Hammer's "Can't Touch This" in Charlie's Angels, so those tunes are indeed the perfect workout music. Sir Mixalot's songs are "exercise friendly" to, like "Baby Got Back".

No, you are not the only one! 90s popular rap was a great genre of music! It was definitely better than the rap we have around now. I never thought about working out to Vanilla Ice or Will Smith or any of that, but I might just try! I listen to it at work all the time and it puts me in a better mood. Maybe putting this on during a workout with produce a similar result. Thanks!

I will be the last one to laugh! While I don't like rap it is cool for those who do. I prefer NOW DON'T YOU LAUGH something like this to get me moving!
