Yes, boosting your metabolism is very important in losing weight. If you can get your metabolism moving you can lose weigh while you watch tv or while you sleep. It is really easy to boost your metabolism. You can eat frequent meals and drinking cold water to get things moving.

Ehh...I wouldn't be too sure about that in regards to Boosting Metabolism, Raina...shall we dig this one up a bit further for all to elaborate on?
