I think that's a bit inconvenient, since you will force your body to exert it's muscles and to sweat several times a day for 10 mins. I personally view it as a hassle because if you are working or studying, I don't know how you are gonna accomplish that at work or school. It would be better to just exercise "full time" during the day on weekends, rather than forcing yourself to sweat for only 10 minutes several times a day.

Yup. You might as well get in the entire workout in one set period of 60 minutes or so. If practicing intense cardio, 10 minutes is barely enough to get you into fat burning mode.

If practicing intense weight training, 10 minutes here and there will not provide the muscle fiber tearing needed to break down muscle prior to protein synthesis and rebuilding...thus wasting your time period.

1 hour of productive workout per day? Or six 10 minute slots of wasted time and energy? Your call.
