I know I could probably lose it sooner, but I want to take it slow since I'm not overweight, more on the average side. I have a healthy diet filled with lots of veggies, fruits and proteins plus 30-45 minutes of intense cardio 6-7 days a week. Plus somedays an extra 20 mins of dumbells and stretching. And lots of random housework. I'm 5'6 1/2 and 140 lbs and I want to weigh 120 lbs. so is 6 months reasonable to achieve this goal?
