I'm 16 and a male
230 lbs, my height is 172cm(5.64304 feets). I'm gonna start eating more healthy (Veggies,fruits,almonds,peanuts and fish) i don't like chicken and beef :(.. and i am going to stop on all the junk food i've been eating.
i will start walking on the treadmill for like 30min-hour a day and doing some weight exercises with dumbbells.
please let me know if this is right and if i will lose weight by doing it.
