I recently have begun eating many uncommon raw foods in combination with a drinking diet of Kefir and Kombucha. For example uncooked rice varieties, raw chunks or horseradish, and also raw Dandelion leaves. It seems that my body is reacting fine to all of these foods, and i'm actually feeling really energetic (despite having less coffee). Also I've been drinking Kava Kava and Kratom root powders which I use as fiber.
Is this like the Paleo diet? I do eat cooked foods but I'm trying to limit them.
