My fitness pal, just drink water in place of every beverage, trust me that will help, just watch what you eat, you can eat healthier foods or, count calories and eat below what your body needs to maintain your weight, look up bmi calculator, fill that in, and feet how many calories you need to lose weight, I personally cut out my carbs and lost 100 lbs, but, I did it so fast I have loose skin, loose it slow, it will help
