I lost the weight I wanted to, but I'm afraid if I keep taking it I'll lose too much! I just finished the pack and I was taking 3 a day. I'm thinking of buying one more pack to safely ween myself off it and maybe take one a day for the next couple days or something? What's the best way to get off them without gaining the weight back? I eat healthy for the most part and I work out frequently.
