I am 19 yrs old. I have more fat at my hip and thigh portion making it larger and rounder(i can't think of any other word but i guess you undrstnd wat i m trying to say). Due to this, this part of my body look like a girls. I want to get rid of this fat and get flat hips and thighs. Tell me some exercises which can help in reducing this fat?
