Hi guys,I actually just turned 14 recently. I bought ankle weights(1,5 kg each) and wrist weights which are 0,5 kgs. I will take gymnastics and i heard they're good for you. I didn't train a while though and I kind of realized they hurt a bit. That is normal since it is my first time wearing them. Wearing them all day is bad? So I will ask is 1,5 kgs too much? I weight 54 kilograms and I am 167 centimeters tall. Do you think I should change them for a kilogram or?
