Question: How to stop binge eating?

I've had a binge eating disorder for almost a year now, and it's gotten to the point where I binged almost every other day. Today for example, I had a craving for pizza, so I promised myself only one little slice, and right now I just ended up polishing off and entire huge cheese pizza that could have been shared by 4 people, on top of what I had eaten all day! After that I ended up eating a packet of raisins, and a slice of pie. My day totalled to be around 3200 calories...I hate this. I was never overweight, but around 3 years ago, I was really unhappy at school ( had bad acne, got bullied, etc...) so as a result I put on about 15 pounds. Last year changed I was finally happy and started slowly losing weight by being careful about what i ate, and started swimming twice a week. I've managed to lose most of the weight I put on, but i've also started meticulously counting calories and controlling what I eat. This has lead to uncontrollable binges. At the start, it would be a once a month occurrence, then once every 2 weeks, and now practically every other day. It's horrible because i'm starting to put back the weight that took me nearly a year to lose! Does anyone have any tips on how to stop binge eating? Thanks and sorry this was long!
