Question: Is it normal to lose your appetite (completely) when you lose weight?

The less hungry part is odd. I lost 75 pounds and I'm hungry every three hours. I eat five meals a day and that has raised my metabolism. I need calories for my workouts. I run five miles, five days per week and then do circuit training afterwards. I have noticed I can't eat as much and be full, and that comes from not eating a lot of food in one sitting like I did a year ago. My stomach likely shrank, which is also normal. The decreased appetite is not. Start eating five small meals every day, you will be hungry once you get used to it.
