My TDEE is 1848 and to lose 2 lbs I have to subtract 1000 from that and eat that many calories but how can I subtract 1000 from 1848 I'd get 848 and it's unhealthy to eat less than 1200. So should I subtract 500 from 1848 and then burn the other 500 at the gym?
