If the P90X isn't giving you the results you want, you need to find a different work out routine or supplement it with something else. I would suggest you start lifting weights. When I say lifting weights I don't mean using a 5lb dumbbell. You will not bulk up like a man by lifting weights but it will give you that toned, strong, sexy look. I've lifted for years and I love my physic. I wouldn't trade weight lifting for anything!!
