I'm dimethyltryptamine, I'm a 21 year old psychology student from Portugal that also works as a stand up comedian and I'm thrilled I found this forum.
I have to confess I don't know much about exercise and am quite on the lazy side, so I'm hoping that learning from you guys will motivate me to finally start working out.
