Hello!

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the forum and thought I would say hello! Looking forward to reading some good tips and information on here! I exercise a lot, mostly hiking, looking to get into strength training.My other goals right now are to begin eating healthier and drinking more water, something I'm pretty bad at.
