I have always found myself wondering where the money from the lottery comes from. Does it come from the taxes that people pay? I just don't get how the government can be moaning about not having enough money in the kitty when they - or whoever - is somehow finding the money to fund the lottery payouts, even though they are few and far between. I mean they are still large sums of money.
