I love Callanetics. I first got into it when I was trying out pilates. Soon after that, I focused only on Callanetics. There is no cardio, so you do have to do that on your off days. It consists of very small stretching, only 1/4" at at time. I feel so long and stretched out after I do it. After a week or so, I would notice my neck pulling in, makes you look you look younger.
I really have to get into doing this routine again. Just wondering if anyone else is into it?
