I have been doing yoga and pilates just to tone my muscles and increase flexibility and be a little healthier. I do not usually work out and I do about 30+ minutes since I m just starting out. I have noticed that now I have lost some weight and its is quite noticeable since my pants are now very baggy. I am very petite with a very fast metabolism and I lose weight very easily but I have trouble gaining weight or keeping it on. I would like to continue doing yoga and pilates but I m afraid if I do, I ll continue to lose weight which isn t my goal, and with my small frame it is very noticeable and will probably be unhealthy if I lose weight unnecessarily and too quickly.
